Today on the podcast, I had the pleasure of talking with Lars Doucet about his new book "Land is a Big Deal." The book deals with the value of land, why it should be treated as a separate asset from other forms of capital, land value taxation, and lots more.
This may seem like an odd topic, but it actually has a lot to do with crypto. Lars does a lot of work with video games and crypto, and these concepts are directly applicable to crypto assets, the metaverse, etc.
