Idealism

Blockchain has always attracted idealists. I'm one of them. I certainly don't shy away from reality, but I prefer to think in ideals.

Ideally, dApps should be just as easy to use as traditional, centralized apps.

Ideally, developers shouldn't need a brand new skillset to create dApps.

Ideally, anyone would be able to benefit from decentralization without needing to be "early" or otherwise sell a kidney.

Ideally, "blockchain" should be as ubiquitous as "the internet."

Realistically, we have a lot of work ahead of us, but the evolution of Bitcoin->Ethereum->Koinos is a good indication of progress.
